Measures For Common Problem
1.How does the voltage line connect to the power supply
The multimeter is used to find ACC line, the multimeter is placed in the DC voltage gear,
the black meter is connected with the negative electrode ,and the red meter is connected with the trial line,
when the ACC file OFF is connected, there should be no output and no display of the multimeter.
When the ACC file is ON, the multimeter display 12V voltage, and the ACC line has been found.
If you have not found the ACC line, please use a red watch pen to replace the test probe line (black watch pen
with negative pole unchanged) until the ACC power cable is found. This will enable the recorder to start or
close with the motorcycles. Avoid exhausting motorcycle battery power supply and protect battery
2.Why does not the recorder record
To check the recorder cycle recording function is turned on or not , the TF card (C10) is damaged or not ,
you can plug the TF card into the computer to format and try again.
3.Does the recorder host not display the picture
Firstly, please connect the lens accessories , then connect the power supply. Check that the power wire is
connected correctly and the current-voltage need to meet the requirements.

Aout WiFi
1) You can search KYCam on Google Play or App Store to download it; or scan the corresponding QR code to download the app.
2) When you connected the DVR failed, please check if you have any tips to notify you there is no internet and
if you will stay connected. Just say YES and everything will work great.
Some may have no this kind of notification, so we will recommend you to turn off cellular data when using the WiFi app.
