Description:
1.Structure and working principle of vacuum diaphragm type gas pumps, mainly by the suction valve, oil valve, diaphragm, diaphragm spring, etc.
2.It is the use of engine piston movement produces negative pressure change, will be inside the fuel tank of petrol pump into the carburetor.
3.When the engine is running, the piston movement form a negative pressure in the intake stroke, the negative pressure through the suction tube is passed to the gasoline pump suction chamber, diaphragm sucked down, then form a vacuum on the diaphragm chamber volume increases, use oil valve closed, filling valve opens, gas from the oil inlet is sucked on the diaphragm chamber.
4.Due to the piston moving to change the itinerary, loss of negative pressure effect, negative pressure diaphragm suffered disappear, metal under the action of spring force back in situ, the diaphragm chamber volume decreases, and produce a certain pressure, to close the suction valve delivery valve opens, gasoline by the oil outlet pressure within the carburetor.
